Refund Policy

At Magnific Downloader, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. Please read this policy carefully to understand when and how refunds are issued.
1. Wallet Recharge Refunds
If your wallet recharge was successfully processed by the payment gateway but credits were not reflected in your account, please contact us within 24 hours with your transaction reference ID. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full refund or credit your wallet accordingly.
2. Failed Downloads
If a download fails due to an error on our end, the credits deducted for that request are automatically refunded to your wallet within 24 hours. You do not need to contact us for automatic refunds on failed downloads.
3. Used Credits
Credits that have been successfully used to complete a download are non-refundable. Once a download is delivered, the corresponding credits cannot be returned.
4. Unused Wallet Balance
If you have unused credits in your wallet and wish to request a refund before using the service, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original recharge date and must come from the email address registered to your account.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via our contact page and provide the following details so we can process your request as quickly as possible:
- Your registered email address
- Payment transaction reference or order ID
- Amount and date of the payment
- A brief description of the issue
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The time for funds to appear in your original payment method may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
